Live Nation (LYV) Q2 Revenue Up 16%

Live Nation Entertainment (NYSE:LYV), the global live entertainment company known for producing concerts and operating ticketing service Ticketmaster, released its second quarter earnings on August 7, 2025, reporting its Q2 2025 results. The company posted GAAP revenue of $7.0 billion, surpassing analyst estimates of $6.85 billion (GAAP). Adjusted operating income climbed to $798 million from $716 million a year ago. However, Diluted earnings per share (GAAP) fell to $0.41, down from $1.03 in Q2 2024. The quarter saw record concert activity and higher attendance, but was offset by increased costs and currency impacts that weighed on net income.
