The investment objective of the Fund is to provide equally weighted exposure to the large cap equity market in the United States. In order to achieve this investment objective, the Fund will seek to track the performance of the S&P 100 Equal Weight Index Net Total Return (the “Index”), subject to the deduction of the TER and other expenses associated with operating the Fund.
